The hotel staff were all very welcoming and professional. A special thanks goes to the butler manager who took me through a secret staff passage, allowing my sister, despite being in a wheelchair, to enjoy the beach scenery up close. The room facilities were very complete; although a bit dated, they were well-maintained. Our butler recommended several famous local restaurants, and I really enjoyed Air Space. Last night, we ordered BBQ in Villa, and I honestly didn't have high expectations, but the chef's skills were truly remarkable. The lobster, steak, and chicken wings all left us full of praise. I seriously recommend giving it a try; it's definitely worth the money.

Everything was perfect. From the villa itself to the amazing staff, there is really nothing about the experience that doesn't deserve 5 stars. It's not cheap of course but was worth every dollar.

I stayed in the two-bedroom room for two nights. The facilities felt like those of a typical hotel, and the price was relatively high compared to other five-star hotels. One room had a slightly leaking toilet, another had a loose shower head, one toilet was a smart toilet, and the other was a regular toilet; I don't understand why they didn't install smart toilets in both. Also, the hallway leading to the rooms had too many steps, and the lighting was dim at night, making it easy to slip and fall. The first night, I was holding my child and fell, twisting my ankle. I had to stay in the hotel for the entire weekend. As for service, it was just average. The cleaning on the second day was mediocre; hair hadn't been cleaned on the floor. When we checked in, TINA showed us around the room. TINA is very beautiful, kind, and has a bright smile. She helped us call a car to Hua Hin Zoo. The resort's room facilities, swimming pool, restaurants, and various services are all great. What a great stay.
