Our three-week stay at Black Mountain Resort, Hua Hin, was exceptional in every respect. The team went far beyond what one would normally expect, even from very good resorts, and truly made our stay a thoroughly positive experience. From the booking process through the entire stay, emails were answered within hours, always professionally and solution-oriented. This level of responsiveness is remarkable. The housekeeping was of an exceptionally high standard—something you would rarely find even in an international luxury hotel. Immaculate, discreet, and consistently excellent. The overall hotel service was outstanding. Most impressive was the staff: such a genuine focus on the guest’s interests and well-being is extremely rare anywhere in the world. Friendly, professional, attentive, and always authentic. The included breakfast was fresh, delicious, and offered a wide variety of choices. The shuttle service to and from the club was perfectly organized and always ran smoothly. Black Mountain Resort truly sets a benchmark. We would gladly return and can recommend this resort without any hesitation.
