The room was really dirty, and the toilet had a lot of yellow stains. The air conditioning was so noisy and didn't work properly; it was stuck at 23 degrees Celsius even when I set it to 27, so I was freezing all night. To make matters worse, the emergency light kept flashing green, which was pretty creepy. And a dog next door barked constantly around 1:30 AM. I was too tired to complain when we checked in late. Breakfast had limited options; it was edible but not tasty. The pool water was green too, ugh! 🥶 Seriously, avoid this place unless you absolutely have to stay here. We stayed at a 300 baht hotel in Hua Hin in 2024 that was ten times better than this. The staff also seemed completely uninterested in helping. Honestly, it's hard to even rate. I'm almost afraid to complain to Trip.com because they might think I'm just looking for trouble. 🫠

Nice accommodation.Nice service.They have own beach just in front of the hotel.It is just 15 mins far from central but it’s hard to find a car like grab or bolt especially in the evening, if you don’t bring car , you have to pay 300 thb everytime you go back to hotel.

The bathroom smelled like a sewer and the showerhead was broken; I had to hold it myself while showering, it was ridiculous! The room also had a dusty smell. The only plus is that it's HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
