Upon check in reception struggled to find my booking. I showed them the confirmation of my booking & payment receipt with Triip but they said it was not the correct booking reference. It took over 45 minutes to sort it out; just what I needed after a 91/2 hour drive from Mae Sot. The hotel was clean but with very limited facilities. No toilet paper, No water in room & AC very ineffective. Over priced compared with other local hotels I would NOT recommend.

The room was clean with a balcony, and its location a little further inside the alley meant it wouldn't be disturbed by motorcycles. The service was excellent; even though it wasn't check-in time when I arrived, the staff still helped me check in. It's a 15-minute walk from the center of Hua Hin, making it suitable for renting a car.

Great value hotel. New and spotlessly clean. Tea and coffee available all day. I wanted to stay an extra night and they would not give me *********** price of 810 baht so had to pay 890 baht instead!

The hotel is new and clean. The pillows are soft, but if the bed were softer, it would be even better. There is a large refrigerator that cools quickly. The air conditioner is cool. The view is very beautiful. You can see a little bit of the sea. Sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view and atmosphere is just right. The pool is beautiful and clean. It looks inviting. The location is convenient, near a gas station, 7-11, and not far from the beach. 👍
