City Beach Resort

Great holiday at the city beach resort. Lovely room , great location, good staff. Very close to everything you need. I will stay again for sure.

The location was very good but room was not clean other was ok

I've stayed here before and keep going back because it's a really hood hotel . The location is perfect for me close to beach and in the centre of hua hin and many reson the foor step.

Upon our arrival at City Beach Hotel we were shocked by the unfriendly attitude if the reception staff confirmed later on by the same unfriendliness of the room staff. We were then given a horrible room with a huge reinforced concrete column between the bed and the balcony.  The view is an abandoned construction site with multiples large holes full of dirty water. The bed linen is very old and looked worn out. Blankets are Thin with holes. We have to request extra ones as we Couldn’t sleep the fist night being too cold. We then asked them to Change room as we saw much better one apparently available but were replied by the reception staff that the hotel is fully booked. We then understand that the main reason of all the above is that the hotel reserve their best rooms and attitude to guests booking directly with them and not through Trip.com like us. We will never book again this hotel and are not recommending it to anyone .

I have stayed here many times it's not modern but it's homely and can have a good view of life going past in the area , 7/11 and walking street bars are near there , the security is very good in the car park ,the only bad thing is the there is no gym or a date inside the room so use the lock boxes at reception for your valuables
