The cleanliness was average. It's located a bit down a small alley, and it's hard to find food nearby.

We ended up moving as the location was too far out of town for us, I guess it’s fine for those training at one of the nearby fight gyms but if you’re looking for somewhere with a variety of amenities nearby, this isn’t it. We stayed in a downstairs room, the ceilings were very low and there was a lot of noise of people walking around on the floor above. If a group of friends rent the place to have a group hangout this place could be very cool - the pool is small but a nice place to relax, and there’s a shared kitchen with a barbecue which could be cool. However on Baan e this wasn’t the right choice for us, and we moved to somewhere more central after the first night.
