Really poor , one to avoid. Really overpriced for what you get. No balcony, no outdoor window, coffee sachets with milk and sugar included- tough if you like black coffee. Unpleasant atmosphere, bad location, far from everything except 7 eleven and the highway! Swimming pool great but full of long term stays, tatoos and beer bellys with their *********** - a Pattaya wanna be. Staff work to rule checkin 2pm on the dot, waited for room in receprion for 4 hours, just being difficult... not like Thailand and couldn't wait to leave. Terminal Huahin just as good if not better location at a fraction of the price...

The room was uncomfortable to sleep in. Everything happening on in the hallway was very audible. The curtains were thin and let in light. The air conditioning was weak. The location and staff were very good, but I didn't like the room itself.
