I booked the hotel but didn't stay because I booked the wrong date. It is true that the booking is under no refund if cancel or amend the booking. After realizing that my property was booked on the wrong date, I approached trip.com and they informed me that they would contact me back with feedback within 30 mins to an hour. I called them in the afternoon, and they finally contacted me back at 8pm. Trip.com called and told me that there was extra charge for changing the date and the extra charge had to settle within 30 mins. I agreed with the charge but I also told trip.com that I was not able to make a paymemt at the moment they requested. They didn't tell me that this is urgency. They only reschedule the call to the next day. In the next day call, they said they need to recheck again if the hotel still allowed the amendment and the charge could be higher than yesterday. I was frustrated. This is unproductive. They failed to make me understand why the extra charge was increased. This is probably the first and last time I would used this online travel agent to reserve my accommodation

Residential hotel. The room type we booked was one living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen and a balcony overlooking the swimming pool downstairs. The rooms are large and the kitchen and bathroom facilities are complete, making it very suitable for long-term families with children. The front desk is friendly and polite, and speaks fluent English. Compared with similar hotels in the surrounding area, the accommodation price is very cheap and extremely cost-effective! There is a "Cicada Creative Night Market" nearby, which is only open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is within walking distance and is worth a visit.

Good inexpensive hotel. In the middle between the boards and the center of Hua Hin. Spacious room, balcony. Elevator. There is a restaurant nearby - inexpensive and tasty food in the evening.

I was attending a fitness camp nearby and staying at the Nice residence for a month was part of my package. I paid extra for a larger suite which was basic but comfortable. I found staff to be very friendly. The onsite restaurant was very nice . I didn't use the swimming pool but it seemed well maintained. Overall Nice residence served a purpose but I doubt i would stay again.

We had no problems staying here for 4 nights. I read the bad review after we had booked and was nervous but we had no drama at all. Staff friendly hotel is kept clean pool is nice. Probably a good idea to hire a motorbike while staying here we did & it made getting around a breeze. We loved the bunker bar. Definitely go have a few drinks there. 7/11 is across the road easy to walk to as are other food places. It was a very quiet hotel. Shower was good & it had a big fridge & cooking utensils ect which all were very clean.
