Overall, the hotel is very nice. However, we stayed during the Songkran festival and were not aware that there would be very loud music in front of the hotel from around 5 PM to 3–4 AM on both nights of our stay. Therefore, it is not recommended for people who need proper rest during festivals or long holidays. If we return to this hotel in the future, we will avoid staying during festivals or long holiday periods.

The hotel is amazing! I highly recommended to stay here is you wish escape from people (not applicable to weekends 😀). Location for city hotel is great, but if you wish enjoy beach - not best, but accessible.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with two clean and beautiful swimming pools, and a restaurant with sea views where you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The mini-bar drinks and water are complimentary, but alcoholic beverages and candies are chargeable. Cleanliness: The room was cleaned very well. However, as it's a tropical area, there were quite a few ants, but the hotel provided insect repellent. Service: The service was quite good. Upon check-in, the staff helped with our luggage.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The amenities were well-maintained and made our trip very comfortable. All is good and nice beach club to chill but the place is full of mosquito in the room as well. Maybe can consider having electric mosquito killer.

Our room was cozy and elegant, with a perfect balance of comfort and style. We loved how peaceful the atmosphere was — you could literally hear the sound of the waves while sipping coffee by the pool. The breakfast and spa were also amazing great variety and relaxing vibes all around. Overall, Putahracsa is one of those places where you can truly slow down, relax, and enjoy every moment. Would totally come back again for another quiet escape. 🌴✨

Services and the amenities are great. The only comment I would have is that there were house keeping coming into our rooms after we left when we told another one that we do not wish to clean the room. It seems they did not communicate to each other but they were nice staff regardless.

This is our 3rd time - we love staying here. Every amenities is well placed and tastefully done. Great attentive services - we always feel welcomed by the staff.
