Every time I visit Huai'an, I stay at Pullman. The facilities are consistently excellent, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied. A special shout-out to Mia at the front desk for her exceptional service. I will definitely choose Pullman again for my next trip.

I had a good overall stay at Pullman Huai’an. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially loved the heating in the room. It was warm and cozy, which made it very comfortable to relax and sleep. However, I did notice that the lobby and some of the common areas were quite cold compared to the room. A bit more heating in those spaces would have made the overall experience even better. That said, the staff were professional, and the stay was peaceful and comfortable. I would consider staying again.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city, but it’s conveniently situated right next to a shopping mall, so finding food is still very easy. The property feels new, clean, and comfortable overall. Breakfast doesn’t have a huge variety, but it’s just enough and satisfying. A great option for a short family getaway.

Nice hotel with spacious, clean rooms. Staff very friendly. No had the chance to try the restaurant for dinner or breakfast. A mall is beside the hotel, providing a lot of choices for meals and snacks.

The staff does not speak English. Very complicated. Non-smoking room but felt like someone smoked inside. The club lounge is closed for unknown reason… Very disappointed.

Excellent stay! The breakfast area was spacious and well-stocked, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the adjoining mall made shopping incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

Very impressive! The dining is excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the rooms are spotless. I stayed in the executive suite for about two weeks. It is a nice place to go for breakfast and dinner. The best Western breakfast in Huai'an is definitely there in the Pullman. The restaurant that serves local cuisine, Huaiyin Cai, is superb. Having stayed in this hotel many times, I have to say that it is just a wonderful experience. The lobby bar has a very nice selection of drinks. The friendliest and most helpful staff I have ever seen in China are in the Pullman in Huai'an. The classiest place in Huai'an is their executive lounge. It is attached to a large shopping mall, and there is a 7-11 very close by. Many of the staff speak English well. That is a nice hotel!
