HSR Jinling Grand Hotel Huai’an

Spacious rooms, newly renovated, and excellent value for money.

For the price, this room offers great value for money. The room layout is good, and it's quite spacious, though the cleanliness was just okay. The breakfast was standard. It's a top choice if you're catching a train from the East Station the next day. It's about 15 minutes from the West Amusement Park, but not very close to the city center, and there aren't many restaurants nearby. The hotel does have its own dining options, but the taste, well... there's definitely room for improvement. Overall, the room itself is pretty good, and the service is decent. They have robots that can deliver takeout to your room, and you can extend your check-out time until 2 PM. Downstairs, there's a swimming pool, table tennis, a gym, and billiards available. All in all, it's quite good, with its positives outweighing the negatives.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was super spacious – a really great stay. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very substantial. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Huai'an East High-Speed Rail Station, which is thoughtful and convenient, making travel completely stress-free!

The location is excellent, right next to Huai'an East Station. The facilities are new, the service is professional, and the conference conditions are good, making it very suitable for business reception. It's also very convenient to go to Hexia Ancient Town. Xiao Han at the lobby provided great service!

The breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, and parking was convenient. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the high-speed train station. The room facilities are also quite good. The supermarket downstairs has a better selection than average and the prices are consistent. However, the front desk service was very mediocre. There was a female manager, around forty, who had a terrible attitude. I wonder if judging people by their appearance is her strong suit. Even ordinary people are polite during the New Year, but she was arrogant and overbearing towards customers. She's a blot on the hotel's reputation. Everything else was good.

As expected of HSR Jinling Grand Hotel Huai’an, the service is excellent, and parking is convenient. It's located near the high-speed train station. The front desk staff were very polite, and the hotel is clean and comfortable to stay in.

Facilities: Good Hygiene: Clean Environment: Quiet Overall environment: Decent Huaian East High-Speed Rail Station shuttle service (fixed schedule, excludes Huaian Station): A unique and good experience. The breakfast selection is nice, offering good value for money. It's close to the high-speed rail. I would come again.
