該酒店停車方便，離博物館不遠，周邊飯館多，吃飯方便。前台服務熱情周到，見有長者行動不便，主動給我們開了離電梯口較近的房間，非常感謝。房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔，就是門口過道的地毯有些臟了，要及時清理，或是換成地磚更乾淨。

衞生條件不好，牆黃黃的，還有裂縫；
訂了兩天的房，第二天都沒有人來打掃房間，出去什麼樣回來什麼樣；
就算關上窗户也很吵鬧，馬路上的聲音聽的清清楚楚；
半夜花灑漏水，滴滴啦啦地不停；

打車繞了幾圈沒找到希爾麗、最後才發現門口掛的7天優品的標誌！第一次給了一間非常不好的房間、牆皮脱落一股發黴的味道、窗户又小又高、拿着預訂單裏的房型照片找前台理論後給換了間與照片匹配的！

別來別來，就是七天酒店，掛羊頭賣狗肉，外面寫希爾麗酒店，進去裏面就是七天酒店，環境差的要死，還有蟲子🐛，都別來

和朋友出遊，高速行駛途中臨時找的酒店入住一晚2個房間 比較乾淨。前台服務很好熱情，還給我們升級了一下。下次還會入住的哦！電視看不了（好像沒信號）
