The price of this hotel is very affordable and it can be said to be excellent value for money. The room is spacious and comfortable, fully equipped and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep very peacefully throughout the night. In addition, the hotel's service is also very attentive and the staff are warm and friendly, making me feel like home. Here, I would like to especially thank the hotel staff Yang Lu. Not only did she deliver a cake on my birthday, she also provided me with many thoughtful services. From check-in to check-out, I felt their enthusiasm and care. I was very impressed with this hotel by their professionalism and efficient service. In short, Crowne Plaza Huailai is a very cost-effective hotel.
