Kindness Hotel Hualien Reviews

The service level of this hotel is very good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel also provide free snacks and drinks throughout the day….room is spacious and bathroom is well designed!

The room was impeccably clean. The brunch, afternoon tea, and evening snacks were all absolutely delicious. Its location is also excellent, being very close to both the train station and the night market. There are plenty of places to explore nearby. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is closed by the main train station and provides excellent service. They provide buffet style of breakfast and dinner. The foods were so delicious and so many different choices. They have 24 hours coffee and tea at the rest area. The whole hotel, restaurant, room, bathroom, elevator….we’re so clean and cozy. All the hotel staff were so kindly and attentive in service. The hotel also has free indoor and outdoor parking lots. The guests could do their own laundry free of charge, very convenient. We have enjoyed the stay and would love to visit in the future. Over all, this is a great hotel to stay and good bargain for all the services. We enjoyed the stay so very much.

Second room, similar to first review, great amenities. This review I will add more about the location, supermarket nearby, also 7-11 and family mart for convenience. Cosmed is available for personal products too! Restaurants are nearby that open till late such as hotpots.

Close to the main train station. Some restaurants around the hotel. Nice staff. Free snacks drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Breakfast has lots of choices.

The room is simple but clean and comfortable. Service is friendly service with great breakfast and supper (like dinner) as well as self serving laundry (i.e., washing machines and dryers).

The hotel has a great location, very close to Hualien Train Station.

Overall, a very satisfying hotel stay. I would definitely choose Chuan Hsien Business Hotel again if I return to Hualien.

We had a wonderful stay here. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It is conveniently located near the bus station, which makes it easy to travel to local attractions. We also enjoyed the lobby, which was a nice place to relax. The front desk people were very kind and helpful.

Nice Hotel, central located, only a few minutes walk to central station. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with enough space. Free bike rental, breakfast and dinner included. In addition the hotel provides coffee, drinks, snacks and ice cream. Definitely me and my wife can recommended this beautiful hotel.

Enjoyed the stay, they have free supper and breakfast with lots of food. Also got washing machine overall a good hotel to stay.
