Hotelday Hualien

The environment is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the soundproofing is quite good. It's very close to the train station, and just one crosswalk away from the transit station, making it convenient to get to any attraction. Highly recommended for travelers who only plan to visit nearby sights. They also offer free postcard mailing, which you'll receive a year later – it's a fun idea, and I'm looking forward to the day it arrives! 😊

The room was clean and comfortable. I really liked that their toiletries were from A Yuan; it's an essential oil scent I love, which helped me relax after a long journey. The desk in the room was also very spacious, and there were outlets everywhere, making it perfect for working. 👍👍

Very close to the train station, and the amenities nearby are great! There's also a convenience store. Plus, the parking is right across the street from the hotel, which is super convenient.

My stay here last year was great, so I decided to come back for my round-the-island trip this year. When checking in, I asked the front desk about motorcycle parking. The staff member, whose name tag said 'Intern,' told me I could park anywhere on the white lines along the road next to the hotel. I then asked if the parking lot across the street, where I parked last year, was still an option. A man and a woman next to the counter said that was for cars and heavy motorcycles (even though I wasn't riding a heavy motorcycle last year either). I said 'okay' and went to look for white lines on the road next to the hotel (as shown in the photo). Turns out, the road had just been repaved and there were no markings at all. If you expect us to find our own parking, you should at least clarify that the road markings are gone. I'm not a local, so how would I know what markings used to be there? And the full-time staff member next to the intern also just replied, as if it wasn't their problem, 'You can park on the white lines nearby.' Where exactly are these 'nearby white lines'? Anyway, the breakfast was good. If you're on a budget, I highly recommend this place.

The hotel looked exactly like the photos, and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was extensive, and the hotel is very close to the station. I'd definitely recommend it to friends and family, and I'd stay here again next time I have the chance! 👍
