Very clean and comfortable room, pretty new. Breakfast was simple with good salads but limited proteins, usually eggs and sometimes, sausages or ham. We stayed two nights..Nice rooftop views. Cons: just two clothes hangers provided. We were forbidden to park in the property’s carparks just because we did not booked directly with them, but through third party booking platforms. This is discrimination. Although the hotel staff did help us to find street side parking, we had to relocate and find somewhere to park our car three times at night! Very annoying indeed!

My quad room was not clean for our 3 nites stay only gave us new towels and that’s is their housekeeping The trash plastic that we put outside the room was not cleared by the housekeeping n just left outside our room. The WiFi was very slow and impossible to watch movies and streaming videos on our devices even though each floor has its own router When I told the front desk staff she just went to check the router n said that its working.

Best place to stay in Hualien! offers great rooms and amenities! Best option for my opinion! Has a smart toilet downstairs and free bikes!

An excellent new hostel. The room was clean and spacious. The hostels had lots of great add ons including all day coffees, free pop corn, biscuits, mochis, and late night noodles it wasn’t in the centre of town but it wasn’ttoo long a walk. Overall an excellent experience

Very happy with my stay, the room is clean. Popcorn is very nice!

The staff members provided very professional and excellent services. There is simply no comparison with the same hotel located in Taichung as staff members here are very caring and made me feel at home (even better) right away. They introduced me to go and join the tour for whale watching and it is an excellent recommendation by them. The room is also very room and comfty with so many movie channels for me to choose. I will definitely come again to stay here if I even have the chance.

I stayed in the women's dormitory. There were instructions in Japanese, so it was easy to understand. The dormitory room had a shower and toilet. I chose the room with breakfast included. It was delicious 👍 Apparently, you can also make your own midnight snack. The location is good. The night market is close by, and you can borrow a bicycle for free if you leave your passport with us. However, it's a 50-minute walk from Hualien Station. The eighth floor is not accessible by elevator, so you have to take the stairs from the seventh floor. There was a coin laundry where you could do your laundry for NT$50. Drying is an additional NT$50. There is only one machine, so it's best to do your laundry at a time when it's not busy. There was also a relaxation room so you could relax while waiting. The staff were really kind, so I'd definitely stay here again!!

I stayed in a dormitory room, but it was incredibly wonderful in every way. The building was beautifully designed throughout, and the rooftop area in particular had a stunning view and a wonderful atmosphere, especially at night. I was also very satisfied with the variety of snacks provided and the delicious breakfast.
