The hotel's decor and design style are beautiful, and the space is very spacious. The rooms are also comfortable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. I was very satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it!

The hotel is located on the mountain, facing Pacific sea veiw and near the Ocean Park. The decoration is grand and very classy British style , e.g. the lobby and restaurants, . The room is above the average. The facilities are average.

Amazing hotel! Renovated in 2023 and you can see the attention to detail in the new theme. It’s a jungle theme that gives mandarin oriental vibes. Great for family. They have a newly renovated play room for all ages. Very pretty. 10/10

The hotel is very beautiful and modern. The views from the hotel is gorgeous. The various buffets and restaurants are all very good. Friendly staffs! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Food was ok, buffet a bit expensive. Gym area a bit far. Everything is quite clean.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

This place is great, especially if you want to go to Ocean Park since they usually have packaged deals with free shuttle. Hotel sits on bill, so can’t really explore Hualien city but hotel itself is complete with all facilities for kids
