Response from Property: 貴賓您好： 謝謝您的留言，也感謝您的不吝賜教。關於飯店地毯我們於今年初更新全館地毯採用的色系偏向大地色,視覺上貴賓可能會感覺較深沈,而飯店房務人員都會定時定期保養地毯故清潔衛生上是不會有問題的。另外貴賓提到的房內茶葉部分,我們是只針對該房型特別禮遇提供茶組供客人享用,茶葉皆為新備並非貴賓提到的前房客留下的茶葉。很感謝您的指教，我們會再加強服務的細節並修正，未來希望您能有機會再回來阿思瑪，也請您不吝給我們指教。阿思瑪麗景大飯店 服務團隊敬上
