A very basic accommodation. The building and furnishings are pretty outdated. The hotel seem to be run by only a skeleton crew but the receptionist is absolutely friendly and helpful. I won’t mind staying there again if the trails of the national park reopen.

Better to explore alternative hotels

Room was clean and large, good beds, clean bathroom. The building itself is a bit old but has charm. The breakfast wasn't great.

We stayed here on October 11th. Due to recent natural disasters in Hualien, many scenic spots and trails were closed, which was a shame. The nearby 7-11 was gone, and the only shop open for simple food was closed at 4 PM. Without any food, I had to resort to instant noodles! The room was clean, though. I loved the view of nature from the window. The gurgling water was like a natural symphony, so relaxing and like a paradise. I'll definitely visit again. The staff was very friendly, and the environment was still beautiful. You can even see monkeys in the trees and on the rooftops!

The room is large, the environment is quiet, there are no cars, and there is no noise, so you can have a good sleep. Cars can park for free, To buy food by car, go to 7-11, it’s only a minute’s drive away, very convenient

Although the hotel is a bit old. But being in Taroko is still very atmospheric. The hotel offers breakfast for 170 and lunch and dinner for 250. You can consider dining in the hotel while enjoying the mountain scenery.

The child vomited at night and soiled the sheets and bed covers. Although the housekeeping staff was off duty, the front desk staff came to deal with it quickly and brought new ones for us to put on. Thank you so much.

This time I stayed at Tianxiang Youth Activity Center again after more than ten years. The overall environment is acceptable and I am very satisfied with the room environment and cleanliness. But the breakfast ingredients still have a lot of room for improvement.

For this trip to Zhongheng, staying in Tianxiang will save a lot of time on the next day's trip. Tianxiang Youth Activity Center has arrangements for music performances in the evening, and buffet breakfast is available the next day. The room type is three Single bed, a group of friends traveling in their own bed will not affect each other's sleep, overall it is quite good!

Very good location. You can hear the gurgling sound of the stream when you sleep at night. There is a small balcony outside each room (but be careful to close the doors and windows to prevent macaques from breaking in!) When you go out to the balcony, you can look up at the stars and the moon, and just lower your head. The valley is really close to nature ~ I will go there next time!

This is an affordable option to stay in Tianxiang Taroko, all the way from Qingshui Cliff to Yanzikou, Shakadang Trail... The scenery ranges from the vastness of the blue sea and sky to the breathtaking and magnificent beauty, and finally you stay at Tianxiang Youth Activity Center. The parking lot outside the hotel entrance is open-air. Walking down the slope of the hotel, there is a small restaurant and a public toilet next to it. Not far next door is the famous Taroko Jingying. There is a row of restaurants and visitor centers near Xiaoqi. This Xiaoqi has fixed business hours and is not open 24 hours a day. The environment here is quiet, the air is fresh, and it has the style of a canyon. It feels like you are wandering in a landscape painting, like a mini peach blossom garden! Unfortunately, the monkeys here sometimes come to snatch the food carried by tourists, so you must be careful. The building appearance of Tianxiang Youth Activity Center is slightly old, but the room is very neat. The breakfast here is on the basement floor of the hotel. The dishes are very ordinary and there are not many choices. For me, this cabbage dish is OK. Special attention should be paid when living here: doors and windows must be closed at all times, otherwise monkeys may come and go. At dusk, I saw monkeys climbing on the higher branches next door and patrolling for a short time from the window of my room, as if they were checking which doors and windows were open to attack. But think about it, this is the home of this group of wild animals. They keep their distance from each other and don't interfere with each other. They can live in peace and contentment.

The service staff explained the relevant precautions very carefully! He also answered our questions patiently! Will definitely go again!

I was still worried that it was very crude, but it feels good! Simple, refreshing, clean and quiet, and the location is great! Recommended!
