MisooHi Secret Land Homestay (Huangshan Scenic Area)

The hotel's front desk staff and the shuttle drivers (the 'handsome guys') had excellent service attitudes. Whenever we needed to go to the South Gate Bus Terminal, they were always ready to take us. However, our room might have been located near the uphill section, so there was a bit of noise when larger vehicles passed by.

The room was great! The facilities were quite new, and the linens were clean and tidy. The hotel offers a shuttle service to Huangshan, which is a big plus! The staff were professional, and there's even a swimming pool. Thumbs up!

This guesthouse is very close to the Huangshan South Gate Transfer Center. The rooms are neat and clean, and the restaurant serves delicious food. There's also an outdoor swimming pool for kids to play in, and camping rooms. It's very close to the mountain, so the air is fresh. Highly recommended!!!

I really never write reviews, but this time I have to because the service was truly exceptional. All the staff were young, incredibly patient, and meticulous, which was a very pleasant surprise. They offered shuttle service to and from Huangshan, and because of this hotel, my impression of Huangshan is now incredibly good. I definitely want to come back! It's a shame I didn't take photos of the hotel's environment, but I can tell you it's beautiful and absolutely not deceiving; you can confidently book a stay there 🤗. Overall, everything was excellent, and I genuinely loved it. If any friends go to Huangshan, this will be my top recommendation!!!

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and helped carry our luggage to the room. The hygiene was also good. There's a pool in the courtyard where kids can play. It's very close to the Huangshan transfer center, and the hotel offers a shuttle service that's available on call. Overall, it was a good stay, and we'll come again next time!

The room facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, with a novel design concept. The suite is convenient and family-friendly. The self-service breakfast is clean and hygienic, with a rich variety of dishes, unique flavors, and good nutrition!

The hotel offers room service for their delicious noodles, which is great! The service is excellent, and they even provide transfers to the scenic area entrance. The decor is quite unique and stylish. However, some facilities are in need of repair; some weren't working well, and others were completely out of order.

The environment here is excellent, very spacious, and the front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Parking is convenient, and it looks more unique than all the other hotels in town.

Facilities: This hotel looks particularly beautiful at night, creating a fantastic ambiance from the outside. I booked a terrace room, which had lounge chairs outside the door – super cool and absolutely dust-free. The room's hardware was excellent, with smart home features throughout, and the mattress was really soft. The king-size bed was so comfortable, even for three of us with a child. The only minor downside was the slight dripping noise when it rained at night, which might be due to the building's exterior design. Overall, I'd give it a 9.5/10. Hygiene: The cleanliness was spot on, and there was no strange smell when entering the room, which made for a great experience. Environment: It's close to nature, so you might encounter small insects, but the room provided mosquito repellent, so it wasn't an issue at all. Very good. Service: The front desk service was excellent and very thoughtful. The staff proactively helped me with my luggage. My child loved the Huangshan shortbread at breakfast, and they even gave us some to take away – truly considerate! They also offered free hiking poles and maps, plus a free shuttle service to and from the South Gate. Everything was just perfect. It was a bit of a shame that it rained during our visit, but I've already made plans with friends to come back again when the weather is clear in autumn. We'll definitely book this place again.
