Xihai Hotel

The room was fantastic. We booked a mountain view room and could enjoy the scenery right from the window. The service was warm, attentive, and thorough. In the morning, they take guests to watch the sunrise, and the room was equipped with a clothes dryer. Both breakfast and dinner were bountiful. Overall, the experience at Xihai Hotel was wonderful 😊. I will definitely stay here again next time!

When visiting Mount Huangshan, I planned an energy-saving route: hiking up the back mountain, staying overnight, and hiking down the front mountain. I chose Xihai Hotel on the back mountain, and it certainly didn't disappoint. Facilities: Building A is newly renovated and fully equipped. They thoughtfully provided a clothes drying rack and down jackets. Service: The front desk proactively introduced the hotel services and even upgraded me to a larger room. Extremely satisfied.

During my trip to Mount Huangshan, I stayed at the Xihai Hotel. The location is quite convenient, right by the Xihai Grand Canyon, making it ideal for an in-depth exploration of the canyon. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, and there are evening performances as well. It's very convenient for watching the sunrise and sunset at Danxia Peak, and the hotel even organizes guided sunrise-viewing tours. They also provide down jackets for guests to use, which is a nice touch.

It's a fantastic place for a family trip. The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and gave our kid so much attention and care. The location is unbeatable—about a 35-minute walk from the top of the Yungu Cableway. Excellent location all around!

We booked a standard room in Zone B and were upgraded to a standard room in Zone A, which was a nice surprise. Watched the sunrise at Danxia Peak. Overall, it was pretty decent. The breakfast quality was just average, but considering we were up on the mountain, having food available at all is enough. All in all, it's pretty good and definitely worth recommending!

The hotel staff were very attentive, and although the room was small, it had everything you could need, built to a four-star standard. Down jackets were provided in the room, essential for watching the sunrise early in the morning. During the National Day holiday, there were evening performances, and the breakfast was also quite good. As for dining at the mountain top, it's not exorbitantly expensive. Monkey Quick Meal (猴轻松快餐) costs 35-50 yuan, similar to what you'd pay on high-speed rail, and considering they transport food in much more difficult conditions than by rail. Bottled water and drinks are more expensive, as they are heavy and difficult to carry up, but every restaurant bathroom has a water dispenser, so all you need is a water bottle. Everyone is welcome to visit Huangshan!

The room facilities seemed a bit old, but they were clean, and the service was good! Perhaps due to the National Day holiday, there were even performances in the evening. The view in front of the hotel was also nice! In the morning, they even take guests to watch the sunrise!

A true gem on the mountaintop! The hotel boasts an excellent location, clean rooms, and warm, attentive service. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and exploring; the staff were patient and helpful with directions. Overall, the experience was fantastic. Staying here when visiting Huangshan felt very reassuring. Highly recommend!
