You told us there were some black spots, so we immediately notified the waiter to change your quilt. We also responded promptly to your voice call after receiving it, and then told you that there were other issues with the room and they would adjust it. However, you didn't notify us later. Then, we received a call from Ctrip saying you were dissatisfied with our service and called you to communicate. You said you didn't call Ctrip, and Ctrip called again to inform us that we and Ctrip didn't call you again. We didn't bother you again after that!
