1. The hotel has no parking lot. The directions led to a place that looked like an abandoned factory. It rained that night, and I had to go back and forth three times to retrieve my luggage… 2. I called customer service beforehand to ask if my child could have breakfast with me, and they said yes. However, when I checked in, the front desk didn't accept this, saying the person on duty when I called wasn't them. When I came back to the front desk a second time, they told me to find the manager, who readily agreed to redeem the money. 3. When I came down for breakfast around 8 am, everything was gone. The restaurant was small and there were hardly any seats. Overall, the experience was just average.

Hygiene: There were bugs in the blankets, and the sheets and blankets had red and yellow spots, suggesting they hadn't been changed since the last guest. Service: When we asked them to change the sheets and blankets, the front desk questioned us, asking why we only mentioned it in the evening when we checked in at 6 PM. We went out and didn't return until evening, and they questioned us like that; their attitude was extremely poor!

The room was nice, and the neighbors were quiet. I slept very well that night. Getting a good night's rest is extremely important because long-distance driving is very tiring, and a good night's sleep means you'll be full of energy the next day!
