HHuanglyThis was one of the best experiences we've had at a hotel. The building is quite new, and the room, washroom, and amenities were all exceptional. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The host picked us up from the train station, took us to a restaurant, picked us up after our meal, gave us fruit, and helped us buy the tickets for Huashan. He gave us a ride early in the morning to the mountain the next day, gave us hiking gloves which made hiking a lot easier, and picked us up after a full day of hiking. He did all of this without charging anything extra, which is above and beyond anything we could have asked for. We would highly recommend staying here!

GGuest UserShanshui Tianyuan is a homestay near Huashan Visitor Center! There is a large courtyard here, not far from the Visitor Center. It can pick up and drop off Huashan Station, Huashan North Station, and Huashan Visitor Center. It is a newly renovated homestay that has not been long. The room facilities are very new, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The room facilities and sanitary products are comparable to those of a fast hotel. There are hot water, disposable toilet mats, hair dryers, etc. The bedding is also relatively comfortable and clean. The decoration feels like a fast hotel model, with a terrace and clothes hangers! The washbasin is convenient and comfortable, clean and hygienic, with a moderate area and very spacious. In short, it is a good homestay. The three meals a day, the store's dishes are well fried and the taste is very light. On the first day, the boss recommended the West Up and North Down! Because we forgot the time while playing in Shanshui, it was already 6:30 pm when we arrived at the visitor center, and it was 6:53 pm. We almost missed the bus. We communicated with the boss in advance on WeChat on the bus and asked the driver to take our luggage stored in the store and wait for us at the exit. We arrived at the high-speed rail station about 12 minutes after exiting the station. The train was 10 minutes late, and we waited less than two minutes for ticket checking, so we did not miss the bus. Thank you very much, this is a wonderful travel experience, and it is the wonderful feeling that Shanshui Tianyuan B&B brought us, and we want to pass it on.

TTheresa MooreaThis is a great little hotel to stay before and after hiking the mountain. The free pick-up and drop-off service makes life so easy. If you need anything just ask the owners. We used Wechat to communicate as my Chinese is very basic.
The owners have a little restaurant just around the corner and I had a delicious meal there. There's also plenty of options a short walk to the mountain scenic area.
I thought this was great value for money.

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

GGuest UserThe room was nice, new, clean and comfortable. However the food in the restaurant was very disappointing. Especially the breakfast which was empty of all food and was a mess when we arrived at 7:50am. We had paid for this breakfast for two mornings and were unable to eat it both times. Its very frustrating to not receive the breakfast that we paid for and then have to go out and pay for another breakfast elsewhere.

Amazing staff, they go above and beyond to service you. We were picked up from train station on time and the manager showed me a map of Huashan mountain and also provided us with gloves. Very helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was massive with its own kitchen and sofa.
Cons:
Bathroom is leaking, kitchen is leaking, toilet is wet, doesn't flush properly. Lots of cleaning issues. Cigarette smell was bad (pretty common in many Chinese hotels).
Unfortunately because of many plumbing issues, leaking etc I can't really recommend this place.

Environment: The environment is excellent, it is at the foot of Mount Hua, with lush vegetation and flowers, the locations of the wooden houses and tents are reasonably distributed, the road signs are clear, and the road surface is clean. Wake up in the early morning to the cheerful calls of various birds, bask in the sunshine, breathe the fresh air, and feel completely relaxed.
Location: The transportation is very convenient, the positioning is accurate, the car can be parked near the room, and there is a shuttle bus to the mountain gate.
Service: We went a little early, but the front desk saw that we were with our children, so they helped us find a clean room to put our luggage first, and they also sent us a message to inform us when other rooms were cleaned. When we checked out, the child's doll fell into the room. The housekeeper found it and took the initiative to send us a photo for confirmation. He also helped to express it back. It was really thoughtful and I am very grateful.
Meals: The breakfast at Yuehu Restaurant is refreshing and delicious, and the ingredients are clean and fresh. There are also some other snacks nearby, and you can order takeout. If you are not too tired, drive ten minutes to Huayin, where there are many restaurants with local characteristics. I have eaten at two of them and neither was disappointing.

I am very satisfied with the location of the B&B. You can enter the Yuquanyuan Scenic Area within a three- to four-minute walk, and the trailhead is right up there. The girls at the front desk are very enthusiastic. We stayed in a family room, and the service was great. We felt like we were friends. The supporting facilities in the store are complete, and the location of the B&B is very suitable for travel. I am very satisfied. The price is also very economical. Maybe it is because living here makes the trip worthwhile. Highly recommended, I will definitely stay here again when I come to Huashan in the future.

TtorinessAbsolutely fantastic location. If you are here for Huashan, this hotel is literally at the ticket office entrance which is also where you get the shuttle to the cable ways. Hotel room was very clean with great features including lovely bathroom and soft comfortable bed. We booked a room with a mountain view which I don’t think we really got (very high window that you really couldn’t look out of) but this was a minor inconvenience given the friendly reception staff checked us in 3 hours early that was very much appreciated. Views of mountains could be seen from other parts of the hotel - walkways and seated outdoor areas on the 3rd floor. The reception also let us leave our bags there on our last day while we went up the mountain. I would definitely stay here again.
