Booked at last moment and didnt get code to open door , was seat on the floor , ready to sleep by the room door as no anwser to phone or email , finily was sorted with another hotel by ********** operator .
It was 1am and I was totally exhausted on that day , do not book from that guys if you do not have plan B

The place is nice however a bit annoying, as the room was right next to a building where all you can hear all day is a loud drone of an extractor fan and on top of that the toilet seat wasn't bolted down however these were quite minor.
The reason I'm extremely angry is they ask for a damage deposit, after paying it you'll get a email stating "it'll be refunded up to 7 days of leaving the property" it's now day 9, I have not received it back nor heard anything, I have tried emailing, calling and texting... And have not heard anything except when I called getting a text responding with "Sorry, I can't talk right now" which they still haven't responded in anyway after the call and text!
Save yourself an extra £100 and book elsewhere.
