Great location and friendly staff. However, must have swimming pool could be perfect

Nice hotel in the center of Hue, within walking distance of walking street & the imperial city. Try the spa, the treatments are really good but spa bed’s are among the best in the world.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Quite new. Receptionist is very friendly and nice. Especially spa service is very good

I stayed for 2 nights, but the blinds didn't go up, there were ants on the table, and it wasn't very clean. To be honest, the breakfast wasn't very tasty either. But the staff were all very kind.

Good facilities, friendly and helpful staff. Huge, clean room. It's worth noting that there's no pool, but there is a jacuzzi with specific opening hours.

The room is huge! Very big! This is a good point. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. Not far from the hotel, there is an important shopping mall in Hue city, including a large supermarket. There are delicious restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel has been my best stay in Vietnam so far. The jacuzzi and spa are so relaxing and the rooms are very comfy. The breakfast is also very nice with both occidental and local options. It's also very well located with local shops nearby to taste true Vietnam but also many bars and restaurants by a 3mn walk. But the best part of my stay was how I felt cared about by the staff, they always checked if everything was okay and went out of their way to make my stay amazing, recommending great tours, great places in the city, helping booking transportation, etc. Especially Ms Linh (Linda) who was a charm I'd 100% recommend this hotel, the value for price was outstanding!!
