Response from Property: Dear guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.We are pleased to know that you appreciated our renovated facilities and central location, right in the heart of the city. At the same time, we regret that the Standard room felt poorly ventilated for you. Please note that for future stays, we would be delighted to recommend rooms with exterior views, which are brighter and offer better natural ventilation.Regarding parking, as our hotel is located in a fully pedestrianized historic area, we do not have parking in our main building, but have some private parking spaces in a building next to ours. Also, We collaborate with nearby public car parks to offer discounted rates. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our service, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again.Kind regards,Front Desk Department - HESPERIA MURCIA CENTRO
