Overall, the room facilities were quite good, but the washing machine was broken and unusable when not being repaired. Contacting the front desk to have a cleaning lady come and check it out, but she then had to contact the manager, which was quite inconvenient. Breakfast could be more varied.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and bright, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and tidy. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help. The hotel is conveniently located, close to major attractions and transportation hubs. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

The room was terrible, not worth the price. It wasn't like Vienna at all. The hallway and lobby were uninhabitable. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The breakfast was so bad it was inedible. The laundry was left on the roof. We booked the same room and stayed for four days. We didn't want to change rooms, but we had no choice. The front desk service was terrible. They kept urging us to pay extra for late check-out. I was furious. I've never seen this kind of service in Vienna.

頭一回來惠安，看了很多，最後選了這家，朋友説還不錯，服務很好，花灑沖澡很舒服，衞生也乾淨，空氣好，晚上看窗外的城市景色還挺漂亮的，性價比高，出行很方便！值得推薦！體驗超滿分！

維也納酒店的服務真的沒話説！從入住到退房， 前台 都笑臉相迎，幫忙提行李、推薦美食，細節處處體現用心。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，性價比超高！

前台小妹幫升級了房型，因行李多了點，還主動送我到樓上房間，房間大，服務很好，這店位置很好，在這小縣城 中心區，衞生乾淨，走進大堂感覺很好；空氣好！贊！
