The hotel is located right next to West Lake. The room was clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, very quiet. The pillows, one higher and one lower, were incredibly comfortable, and the mattress was just firm enough, which was great. Breakfast was decent too.

The location is fantastic, and the lake-view rooms are beautiful. The garden-view rooms are also spacious and get sunlight all day. The gym and laundry room meet all basic needs. The front desk and room service staff are exceptionally polite.

The hotel is right next to West Lake, making it super convenient to visit. The breakfast spread is fantastic, and there's a restaurant downstairs with delicious shrimp dumplings and chicken feet. If you're driving, the hotel staff offers excellent and attentive valet parking service.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the East Gate of West Lake, and the surrounding area is very lively. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

The hotel's location is excellent, with attractions and shopping all within walking distance. There are many bus stops right outside, making transportation very convenient. Breakfast was also good, with the Cantonese-style double-boiled soups being particularly tasty. The front desk service was superb. As we were leaving, we suddenly remembered that the hotel's rooftop view must be amazing. A staff member at the front desk, knowing our desire, immediately accompanied us upstairs and specially opened the door to the viewing platform for us. The view was indeed stunning, and we are very grateful for the excellent service provided by the hotel. Later, we stayed at the Huizhou Hotel across the street, but in terms of a standard room, I still prefer the rooms here. The first three photos show the view from the rooftop platform, and the last one shows the entrance to West Lake directly opposite the hotel.

The hotel is directly opposite the East Gate of West Lake, so you step out and you're right at the lake, offering absolutely stunning views. We were a family of three and booked two rooms, but the front desk was very thoughtful and helped us switch to a family suite, which was incredibly comfortable. If we ever come back to Huizhou, we'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is fantastic! It's less than a 5-minute walk to the West Lake entrance, and not far from Shuidong Street and the commercial area. The room is very spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs, and the hotel also offers a buffet breakfast. The TV channels are plentiful. My only minor issue was the strong scent in the hotel hallways and at the front desk; it was a bit overwhelming for me personally.

The rooms are quite new, and this room type is excellent. It offers a view of West Lake right outside the window, and the hotel lobby is directly opposite the entrance to West Lake. There are also commercial streets and pedestrian zones nearby. The hotel staff's service attitude is also very good.

Hotel location is right beside the lake. 15 mins walk to 水东街 where all the restaurants and bars are located. Decent selection of food for breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay there again for my next visit.

Excellent experience overall. The room was comfortable, and it was very convenient for shopping and getting around. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Huizhou. Our family trip this time was fantastic, and the service was incredibly attentive.

Absolutely fantastic! As the top-ranked hotel, it certainly lived up to expectations. The bed was incredibly soft, and the linens didn't have that strong bleach smell, which immediately puts it above many other hotels. The toiletries – shampoo, conditioner, and body wash – were all in small bottles and smelled wonderful, a huge plus compared to those generic large bottles. The curtains were thick and completely blocked out the light, another bonus. The TV played satellite channels immediately upon turning it on, no fiddling around needed, which was great. It was quiet, odorless, and sunny – a real sun-filled room. I was here for a marathon, and there's a shuttle bus stop just 50 meters downstairs that takes you directly to the starting line. Big thumbs up! The price was also stable and not overly inflated. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic. The hotel is directly across from West Lake, with beautiful surroundings and great convenience. My impression of Huizhou has definitely improved, and I'd love to come back again. (The only minor drawback is that it would be perfect if they had toilet seat covers; it was quite cold otherwise.)

We stayed at the Huizhou West Lake Hotel again for Christmas with my family, and our two-night experience was once again absolutely fantastic. I simply have to give it a glowing review! First, let's talk about the room. This was our second stay, and the cleanliness of the room was just as impeccable as before. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and all the facilities were well-maintained. It really felt like a cozy home, and we slept so soundly at night. Even more noteworthy is the hotel's location – it's absolutely prime! West Lake is right on its doorstep, making leisurely strolls around the lake incredibly convenient. If you want to cycle at Honghua Lake or explore the eateries on Shuidong Street, they're not far either. The transportation is super convenient, saving a lot of travel time, which is a huge plus for tourists. Whether it's the environment, the service, or the location, there's absolutely nothing to fault about this hotel. Our second stay was just as impressive, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Huizhou!
