The hotel environment is great, with beautiful views of West Lake, and the swimming pool water is also very clean.

The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. It's great value for a five-star hotel at this price point. The location is super convenient, facing West Lake with the Dongjiang River behind it. It's easy to walk out and go shopping too.

The surroundings are beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, and the service is attentive. The intangible cultural heritage tea gift box was a nice touch.

The room layout is great, with a lovely view of Huizhou West Lake and even the Guabang Pavilion on Gaobang Mountain from the window – an excellent location! The hotel staff were all incredibly helpful and accommodating, making us feel very comfortable. They even provided thoughtful travel tips, and the recommended restaurants we tried were all quite good, definitely a thumbs up! Both the soft and hard facilities are comprehensive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Just one small suggestion: it was a bit awkward to pull tissues from the drawer in the bathroom; perhaps a separate tissue box would be more convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the lake view room offers a truly beautiful vista. The front desk lady, dressed in Hanfu, was incredibly friendly and even gave us a small gift when we checked out. The baggage handling staff were very professional, taking care of our luggage transfer, and a tall service attendant even helped us load it into the car. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Huizhou.

I booked a special offer room with a river view, but was upgraded to an executive lake view room, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, definitely worth recommending. I haven't been to Huizhou in a long time, and it has changed so much. It's really relaxing and comfortable to take your time exploring.

This five-star hotel is in an excellent location, with stunning West Lake views right outside the window. The service was attentive, and the room was meticulously cleaned. My whole family was very satisfied. We especially loved the Atelier Cologne toiletries provided in the room; the scent was so pleasant and luxurious.

The hotel is right by West Lake, just across the road. Our room faced the lake, offering beautiful views, especially at night when the lights sparkle. During the day, we enjoyed strolls along the lake with a gentle breeze, watching fish swim by.
