This is my second stay at New Town Inn Hulhumale The room was very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff were very kind and respectful. The front desk staff were always welcoming and smiling which made the stay pleasant. Areas for improvement Restaurant service needs improvement. When customers enter the restaurant staff should not ask questions like whether the guest is coming to dine this is not professional. My package included breakfast (BB). On many mornings, when I went for breakfast, there was no waiter present. We had to inform the front desk, and only then would a waiter be called. This should be improved. The breakfast selection is limited, which is understandable. However, waiters should ask guests what they prefer. For example, some guests may not want cornflakes or juice, while others may not want tea or coffee. Asking guests first would avoid unnecessary waste and improve service efficiency. Overall, the restaurant service is good, but pricing needs attention. In several cases, the price mentioned and the final bill were different. This needs improvement for better transparency.

Very disappointing stay. The room had no view at all and did not meet expectations. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel option that offers more comfort and a better experience.

We did a stopover at the Newtown Inn on our way home from a dive trip in the Maldives. Honestly the place looks pretty sketch from the street, but once you check in, it's very serviceable. Rooms were spacious, modern (if eclectically decorated), immaculately clean and well air conditioned. And the price was right and we were offered a late checkout for a small upcharge which spared us a long wait at the airport. There was a bit of construction noise during the day, but it ended long before bedtime. All in all a comfortable spot to hang out in Male waiting for your departure.

Small, tidy hotel that is within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Our room was simple, but clean and well equipped. The pleasant and helpful staff arranged inexpensive transfers and laundry service. And the attached Indian restaurant is excellent.

Just a one night stop a little noisey at night but may have been a one off ! Compact room but had everything I needed plus a nice breakfast to start the day ! Ideal for lay over stop and has a complimentary car for airport ! I would recommend but tight for 2 people ? Maybe I had a single room .

Prima hotel, kamer aan de krappe kant, zeker omdat we best wat spullen mee hadden ivm lange reis. Ontbijt stelde weinig voor & airco maakte wat lawaai. Op het eiland is weinig tot niets te doen voor toeristen, zeer lokaal eiland. Heeft wel leuk strand en mooie zee, echter geen bikini strand.
