They actually let me check in earlier and even though I didn’t spend many days here I got a say the place is clean and the stuff is nice. Very helpful.

Okay please to spend the night before going to the islands. Not bad, booked at Pine Lodge but they moved us to ILA Grand.

Nice and clean hotel. The location is good, but on the second line from the sea. Convenient to stay before or after flights, as it is not far from the airport by taxi.

I booked hotels in the Maldives through your website. But due to the non-availability of rooms, I was able to book a room for only one guest in your hotel. But my guest was two I have repeatedly requested you to allow two guests in our room. But you told me that yes we did it but you didn't inform the hotel. I had to pay 60 dollars due to not knowing the hotel. We are a travel agency and we have to pay a fine of 60 dollars for a room. In that case, we have a huge loss. If you had informed the hotel, they would have given us the room. We were able to talk to the hotel later. We never expected this from your website because there are many websites from which we trust you to book hotels all the time. We are very sorry very sorry very saddened by your behavior.

We booked W hotel and booked this as a transit in the city. However, due to miscommunication with the staff of this hotel with W, we were not arranged to take the scheduled seaplane at 0730, instead they brought us to the airport around 8 something they said the hotel staff is ready to pick up for transit. Unfortunately, when we arrived, W hotel staff told us that our plane was at 1330 and was surprised that we were brought back to the airport for seaplane transfer. The miscommunication made us waste the whole morning waiting n waiting. Fortunately, W arranged us to wait at the lounge at the seaplane transport, but this did ruin our schedule and mood for the vacation. The staff for brining our luggage was polite and helpful. The room was simply furnished that we have no expectations for a night accommodation. The location was near to the airport. Unfortunately, the communication was bad.

The guy was so friendly! Every time I walked to the hotel entrance, he would immediately stand up and open the door for me! He even helped me with my luggage when I first checked in! He was such a kind person!

I liked the hotel's convenient location. Good breakfast. Average repairs.

A relatively cheap hotel in the Maldives

I didn’t have too high requirements for a transitional hotel in Hulhumale. This one looked the cleanest at the same price. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel for 15 dollars and it took about 15 minutes. Later I found out that the hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, but it’s only on the XC platform. The information is inaccurate. The lobby is relatively simple. The room is very clean and hygienic. The bakery across the road is open until late. I bought bread that tastes good.

I am very satisfied with this transition hotel. The hardware is at the level of a guesthouse. The service is very good and responsive. If you are a single woman landing in the middle of the night, it is not recommended. The location is not on the main street and is relatively remote.
