經過去客運站白玉蘭酒店住了幾天，發現市政府店的設施確實需要更新了。馬桶上水慢，吹風機有點老。還有送飲用水時候，要一瓶真的送一瓶，我在客運站店需要飲水時，要一瓶，前台讓機器人一次送來四瓶，省得我經常電話要水了。其實這都是小事，但客人的體驗都是從微小事情中獲得的。 圖二是我住了多天後退房前拍的照片，無論去哪兒住基本都會這樣呢

不得不吐槽一下，房間有四個問題: 1、房間浴巾邊上都開線了，上面還有辣椒油或是血吧，太臟了，想想都噁心🤢。 2、窗簾有個口關不上，早上太陽出來陽光直射到床上，跟本無法睡。 3、房間煙味較大。 4、早上6點半、7點房間裏的燈突然全都亮了，後來注意到是隔壁開燈房間裏面的燈就一起亮，

很方便，也很乾凈，每次出差都住這，這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置便利，房間乾淨整潔採光好，床品柔軟睡得特別香，前台服務熱情周到，有需求都能及時響應，早餐品類豐富味道也不錯，整體性價比拉滿，下次來還選這家！

工作人員服務非常好，講話輕聲細語，有求必應，入住給的房間開着門散煙味，煙味重，給換了另一間，沒有煙味但是設施環境太陳舊了，有股黴味，還有小蟲子，熱水也不夠，開了20分鐘水温也就和體温差不多，真不知道這麼高評分怎麼來的。暖氣片也不熱，還要開空調製熱，還好能暖和點
