Cloud Hotel (Hulunbuir Hailar)

It's a decent place to stay, but parking right outside can be a bit tight.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and have always been satisfied. I'm not sure if it's new management or what, but they were installing cabinets with drills and hammers while guests were trying to rest! I was woken up from a sound sleep. When I called, they told me to wait a bit longer, as it would take another half hour. Their first priority wasn't to calm the guest down – what kind of management is that? It was a new woman (not the front desk staff) who was directly below my room in the afternoon, right when I had just finished eating and was trying to sleep. I could understand a minor disturbance, but do they understand what 'woken up with a jolt' means? In the end, I had to go downstairs and forcefully demand they stop. For such a good hotel, management is crucial. Dealing with issues promptly and having good on-the-spot problem-solving skills is essential. I even told them that if I didn't have a child, I wouldn't be so upset, but I mentioned my child was woken up and crying, and they still told me to wait a bit longer. I'm truly speechless.
