Hailaer Hotel

Overall, I'm very satisfied; it's extremely clean. Parking was convenient. It's also very close to the old town, only a 15-minute walk, which was perfect for a stroll. Plus, the twin beds could be combined, so we didn't have to worry about the kids falling off.

This was our first night in Hulunbuir, and the twin room was very spacious and meticulously clean. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the room was quiet, leading to a great night's sleep. It's conveniently located near shops for supplies and restaurants. Overall, a very peaceful and comfortable stay, perfect for families with kids or expecting parents.

The hotel's environment and facilities are excellent, and the breakfast selection is quite extensive. The parking lot is also very spacious, and its central location makes it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the rooms are newly renovated and the bedding is very comfortable.

The bathroom exceeded my expectations, with decor and fixtures comparable to a five-star hotel. The room had everything I needed; though the style was a bit dated, it was very clean. The location is excellent, with many shops nearby, making it very convenient to get around.

The hotel is located near the business district. The rooms are large, the sanitary facilities are good, and the front desk service is enthusiastic and thoughtful. The recommended Jiumu Muyang hotpot tastes great. We upgraded the room type when we arrived. The stay was very good. The breakfast is complete, the hotel parking lot is large, and the price/performance ratio is very high. It is recommended to stay.

The hotel has indeed just been renovated, so it still has a big decoration feel. We arrived very late and were told when we checked in that the hotel was fully booked. Because the entire hotel was newly renovated, we did not ask to change rooms or cancel the reservation. Before booking, I didn’t see anyone commenting on the hotel’s decoration. I’m not alone in this problem. The five of us who stayed there all had varying degrees of throat discomfort. The 2nd and 4th floors where we stayed were very noisy. Traffic, loud traffic. Through the dirty glass, I could see the busy traffic on the road next to me in the early morning. I had to close the window and the decoration smell became stronger. The hotel is divided into Building A and Building B with an L-shaped layout. The restaurant takes the elevator up to floor A, and then you have to go through a long L-shaped passage to reach floor B. The same goes for going downstairs, which is very inconvenient. The bathroom does not distinguish between wet and dry areas, which is very uncomfortable. A single water heater is used for bathing, and the shower time should not exceed half an hour! Moreover, the sink, toilet and shower are all in the bathroom, making it extremely inconvenient for more than one person to use them. Breakfast was average. A very average hotel with inconvenient facilities, a very unpleasant decoration smell and a bathroom that does not distinguish between wet and dry rooms.

Overall it's pretty good, it's just been renovated, it's clean and sanitary, everything is new, the mattress is latex and comfortable. The staff are also quite enthusiastic and have a good attitude. There is free parking and the location is good. Taking a taxi from Hailar is cheap and very convenient. Disadvantages: There are two pillows, but they are both high pillows, which loses the meaning of two pillows. They are usually equipped with high and low pillows, which is not friendly to people who cannot sleep on high pillows. The water heater only works if there is electricity in the room (someone inserts the card to check in), which is a flaw. The water boiled very slowly. I thought the water heater was broken. I originally wanted to take a shower when I checked in in the morning and then go out for a walk. However, after waiting for an hour, it was still not hot, so I had to come back and wash it again in the evening.
