The hotel is newly opened with modern facilities. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. It's convenient for self-driving with easy parking. The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty, and bottled water is provided for free. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel is relatively new, so all the facilities are modern. The smart lighting system and electric curtains throughout the room create a great ambiance. Upon entering, the signature lavender scent is both soothing and therapeutic. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was excellent. The zero-pressure mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The front desk service was attentive and thoughtful; they even provided a complimentary breakfast for one day upon check-in. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and there's also a laundry room and gym available for use. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money.

Clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and excellent soundproofing. The environment and service were pretty good, exceeding my expectations. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was great! I really appreciated the wooden floors; they felt much cleaner than carpet. The sink being separate from the toilet was also very convenient. Location-wise, it's near Hunchun Hospital and just a few minutes' walk from East Market.

The hotel's location is bad, next to a hospital, and surrounded by several brothels... The hygiene is terrible. We booked two rooms, and both bathrooms in the suite had a strong, unpleasant odor. If it hadn't been so late when we checked in, we definitely would have asked the front desk to change rooms. The air conditioner touch controls were all faulty; adjusting the fan speed resulted in all sorts of random modes! I even recorded a video; the faulty connections in both rooms show this wasn't an isolated incident! The standard room's air conditioner was blowing hot air the entire time we checked in. We asked the front desk to have someone adjust it several times, but they couldn't fix it. It was sweltering in the summer heat, and since it was almost midnight, we had to change rooms again – what a hassle! The apologies were just mechanical and lacked any sincerity.

The hotel looked rather old and had a damp smell. The cleaning was very poor; the floor was covered in old stains that hadn't been cleaned properly. The toilets were also dirty. The lighting was dim.

I checked in around 9 PM, and the staff were very kind and patient, even upgrading my room for free. The check-out staff were also very helpful! I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit Hunchun.
