Atour Hotel Yuechun European Street Xin'an Road

The hotel was very clean and hygienic, the breakfast had a great variety, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive.

Our family stayed at this Atour Hotel for a self-driving trip, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. I'd say it's one of the top-tier chain hotels in the area, offering a great all-around experience. ✨ The parking lot had plenty of spaces, and it was easy and hassle-free to get in and out, making it perfect for those traveling by car. The kids especially loved the hotel's atmosphere, finding everything new and interesting. The breakfast offered a huge variety of choices, with balanced nutrition, which was great for the little ones. The bedding quality was excellent; the Atour pillows truly lived up to their reputation – perfectly soft yet supportive, providing a relaxing and refreshing sleep. The overall environment was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

Perfect for a family trip! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is incredibly warm and welcoming. This is definitely the best hotel in Hunchun. I always love staying at Atour when I travel; their pillows and mattresses are super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep! After a day of driving, a good rest is crucial. The hotel has plenty of parking spots, and it's just a short walk to the seafood street, or a quick taxi ride for about 5-6 yuan (starting fare). The king crab here is very authentic. The weather was pleasant, making Hunchun a truly lovely little city. I'm very satisfied with my stay here, highly recommended!

This Atour is just a standard Atour, and its location is also very unremarkable. It's not close to any attractions, markets, or the seafood street. However, the price is high for a regular Atour, with basic rooms almost reaching 600 RMB. Moreover, the service attitude was quite cold. I took an early flight from Shanghai to Yanji, then drove straight to Hunchun. When checking in, I mentioned I was tired and hoped for a quiet room to rest well. The front desk gave me a corner room on the second floor facing the main road!!! They even said only rooms on the second floor were available (is this to discriminate against Ctrip Black Diamond users?). When I went up, I saw that most rooms in the T-shaped building don't face the main road. It felt like sleeping on the main road all night long!!! The next afternoon, on the way back to Yanji, my teammate dozed off and hit the guardrail on the highway about 12km from Yanji North. As a 25-year loyal Ctrip user, this Hunchun Atour definitely deserves my first negative review.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The lobby was clean and bright, and the front desk staff processed my check-in quickly with a warm and considerate attitude. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom and stable water pressure. The bed was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to sleep soundly through the night. The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation, dining, and shopping. The value for money is absolutely amazing – I highly recommend staying here!

First off, I absolutely loved Atour's pillows! They're the same height as the ones I have at home. I stayed in 7 hotels during my trip, and Atour was by far the most comfortable sleep I had; I slept soundly all night long 👍🏻 Secondly, Atour's laundry room really impressed me. This hotel has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers, and there's a real-time usage display on the bottom right of the TV screen. You can quickly head downstairs as soon as you see an open machine, which is fantastic. Then there's the service – the front desk staff was incredibly polite and thoughtful, big thumbs up! She mentioned they offer free congee late at night if you're hungry, but we weren't, so we didn't order any. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be staying here again.
