GreenTree Inn (Hunchun Kouan Road Old Passenger Terminal)

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, convenient for travel, and surrounded by a full range of amenities, making it incredibly easy to find places to eat, shop, and run errands. The room was clean and tidy from the moment I entered, with excellent natural light and ventilation, no unpleasant odors, and an overall comfortable environment. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing a very restful and relaxing sleep. The bathroom was clean and refreshing, with all necessary toiletries provided, and a stable hot water supply; attention to detail was evident. The front desk staff were warm and polite, handling check-in and check-out quickly and efficiently. They patiently answered any questions I had, demonstrating exceptional service. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, with good soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I had a comfortable and reassuring stay, a perfect overall experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. I highly recommend it!

I had high hopes for GreenTree Inn and planned to leave a positive review after my stay, but the entire experience was terrible and I was extremely disappointed. I would never recommend booking with them! I booked two rooms for this trip, and after checking in, I encountered a series of problems: The facilities were extremely outdated, the air conditioning was completely unresponsive, and the temperature difference between the two rooms was huge. The air conditioning in room 201 failed to heat up, making the room unbearably hot all night. There was no way to cool it down, and I had to endure the entire night with a small fan running through my body. The air conditioning in my other room was also uncontrolled; no matter how high the temperature was set, it was still very cold, and I was chilled all night. The two rooms were completely polarized in temperature, with no way to balance the temperature. I contacted the front desk to request a room on the third floor, but the assigned room was in an extremely remote location, making it very inconvenient to move around. I had no choice but to give up on changing rooms. The hygiene was appalling, with obvious stains on the bedding. The room cleaning was perfunctory, with many corners uncleaned. Most disturbingly, dried bloodstains remained on the blankets, suggesting the linens hadn't been thoroughly changed and washed. It was extremely unpleasant to look at, and I felt completely unsafe staying there. The furniture and bathroom facilities throughout the room were severely aged, resulting in a poor user experience. The terrible accommodations directly led to both of us catching colds and becoming ill. The extreme temperature difference overnight, combined with the poor environment, caused me to catch a cold and fever. I'm currently taking fever reducers and resting. What should have been a pleasant trip ended up being ruined by the accommodations. There are plenty of comfortable and hygienic hotels to choose from at the same price point. This GreenTree Inn failed in everything—from maintenance and housekeeping to basic services—making it extremely poor value for money. I will never stay here again and sincerely warn other travelers to avoid this place.

The hotel itself isn't exactly new, but the room was clean and the air conditioning worked, making it a comfortable night's sleep. The downside was that the TV didn't show any live TV, only paid content.

An old and very dirty hotel. The only clean items were bed linens and towels. For some reason, the receptionists took our passports before check-out; I've never encountered anything like that anywhere else. The receptionists were unfriendly.

I must commend this hotel for its service. The entire check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff were all very friendly and polite. They even brought a small toy when they noticed I had a child with me. The room also offered a variety of pillow firmness options – these kinds of thoughtful details really won me over. Highly recommended!

Beware, everyone! The hotel room was completely different from the pictures on Ctrip. For example, the ceiling was made of mineral wool sound-absorbing panels. I thought I was sleeping at work and couldn't sleep a wink all night. Which GreenTree Inn has mineral wool sound-absorbing panels on the ceiling?! Furthermore, the room environment was shabby, the facilities were poor and old, and you could see outside through the crack in the door… There was a dusty curtain that was always drawn, and when I looked, I realized there was a corridor outside… The soundproofing was obviously terrible. An extremely poor experience. I've stayed in several hotels during my vacation, and this was the worst. I suspect I was scammed. Beware, everyone!
