Marriott International Hotel Hunchun

We were there for only one day. I can't say anything bad. The room is clean, the linen and towels are clean. The breakfasts are good.

The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The environment is very good. There is parking space. It is especially suitable for self-driving travelers to stay in this hotel. It is convenient for guests. The service staff is really busy because this hotel receives friends from Russia🇷🇺.

I was satisfied. The breakfast was delicious. There are many restaurants around the hotel, which is nice. The housekeeper was also friendly. However, the entire hotel is non-smoking, so there's often a strong smell of cigarette smoke.

Hunchun is a border city, and the hotel we stay in is a foreign-related hotel. There are many Russian tourists, and the floors we stay in are different and will not interfere with each other. You can eat with them at breakfast. There are many kinds of meals and there is a lot of choice. The room is very clean, with dry and wet separation. There is a parking space in front of the door, which is very convenient. Smart toilets are very convenient.

Service: The service is very enthusiastic and tells you how to book a discount. If there is a problem, come and deal with it as soon as possible. The newly purchased apples were accidentally left behind, and the customer service front desk called and sent a message to retrieve them. They asked for their names, Cui Bingqian and Cao Bo. The hotel facilities are too old, even after changing them twice, they still don't work. The hygiene is acceptable, the environment is average, the carpet is too dirty, and the service attitude is very good. The hot water in the bathroom didn't work at all, and the windows were broken and couldn't be closed at all.

As soon as I entered the hotel, I saw Russians everywhere. I chose this place because it was close to Tianxian Baofan, Lao Dingben, etc. I booked a suite and the room was very spacious.
