Complete jokers. Charging for parking when welcome break clearly state parking is free for hotel guests on all its sites

The location was good, right at the services. However, upon arrival at the reception and whilespeakingto the receptionists, the reception area stinked of sweat. But the receptionists were friendly. The bath had marks on it like it hasn't been washed. There was no shower gel. Parking was £5
