Very good hotel

We checked into the Hyatt Regency 501 at Dulles International Airport in Virginia. I didn't know why the deluxe king room I booked was changed to a double room. The most intolerable thing was that when I went to the bathroom to urinate at 12:30, the flushing system did not work and the toilet water overflowed. I hurriedly took a few towels to surround the toilet. I hurriedly woke up my wife and called the front desk. Although the maintenance technician came up to solve the problem quickly, I was dissatisfied with this room because I booked a deluxe king room without breakfast. Because I brought some special diet, I thought there would be a microwave in the room to solve the breakfast problem for our family, but there was no microwave in the room. Even urinating can cause the flushing system to not work properly. I have stayed in many hotels and often stay in Hyatt hotels. This is the first time this has happened. As a result, my wife and I are very upset during the tiring journey. It is now 2:00 in the morning. We can't fall asleep and rest well. I am very angry. This is also my first complaint on the Ctrip platform and the first complaint in my life. I hope the platform and the hotel will give me an explanation and solution. I am waiting for your reply. The room is newly refurbished, but the lobby is a bit old and the restaurant has limited menu options.

Everything is good, but there is no water in the room, and I have to pay for a 9 dollars water from deposit, that is a bad experience…

I love the view

A nice hotel with spacious rooms and a good, regular shuttle to the airport—if it’s 10-15 minutes, so not exactly an airport-adjacent hotel. I arrived late and left early but the staff was helpful and welcoming and the room was quite large, a good bathroom in which to freshen up. I would happily stay again.

The service in the United States is really average now. There is still garbage left by previous residents in the trash can of the room. When I communicated with the front desk, they didn't take it seriously and simply replied that they would arrange someone to deal with it. I am speechless 😓

Very close to the airport, there is a shuttle bus, about 20 minutes away. The room environment is very good, clean and hygienic. Good sound insulation, good sleep. There is a small refrigerator in the room, you can put food.

Be careful when you have children and elderly people staying in this hotel, especially pay attention to the bathroom shower 🛁 faucet, it takes more than 1 minute to get hot water, the water temperature is not stable, and the faucet is difficult to control. The parking fee is $15 a day, not $10, and the coffee machine can't make hot water, only coffee ☕️
