We have experienced several properties, but this property is by far the best one. From our check in until we checked out. The young man at the counter was friendly and professional.

Booked with great expectations based on several recent other Home2 Suite stays elsewhere and of course the glowing reviews here. If a good night sleep is important to me, and it is, I won’t stay here again. Pros: great design, calming environment, close to dining and entertainment. Large rooms, “brand new” (1 year old as of this writing) facility, clean. Plenty of outdoor parking. Cons: little to no soundproofing. Even on the top floor, guests talking and walking around in neighboring rooms and dropping things on the floor can be heard. The A/C has a counterintuitive setting that minimizes noise at “high” and maximizes it to a sleep preventing rattle at low. The front desk knows about it but did not disclose this when we complained at 11pm. The problem resolution was laughably incompetent and the compensation the absolute minimum. We were initially offered to switch rooms but were later told every room has the same issue. We discovered that in the absence of earplugs, the large pillows dampen the noise somewhat when sleeping on one’s side and covering the other ear with one of said pillows. One of our beds squeaked every time the person sleeping in it got up. The water pressure in the shower is adequate. It seemed to be a safe area for late May and it being not very busy. Nearby dining options close early (about 9pm). I have stayed at much better and considerate Home2 Suite locations. Not recommended.

Wonderful Stay with Outstanding Service I stayed a total of 9 nights across three separate occasions for business, and each stay was consistently excellent. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality during my recent stay, as well as my previous visits. The team (Ana, Jennifer, and Pooja) was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making each visit feel comfortable and stress-free. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job, everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout my stays. Breakfast was absolutely top-tier, with plenty of variety to choose from each morning, which made starting the day easy and enjoyable. The amenities were also very convenient for a business traveler. The gym was well-equipped and easy to use, and having on-site laundry available made longer stays much more convenient. It’s clear that the staff puts a lot of effort into providing great service, and it definitely showed throughout each of my stays. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or leisure who is looking for a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Great cozy spot near a large selection of eating options. Staff goes out of its way, honestly. Breakfast is AMAZING! Not just your typical "continental" breakers. A lot of little details you forget could come with a casual stay. The complimentary cookies and hot cocoa bar was [italian_quality_hand_gesture] Shout-out to Pooja and Ana for helping me over the phone with a special-request accommodation prior to arrival, and Lori (sp?) on the night staff for her warmness and hospitality.

Nobody tells you how many Home 2 hotels there are in an area. If you’re not familiar with the area it’s a mess to figure out where your reservation is and the hotel you stop at says they can’t help you look at other H 2 hotels to find out! The room we got was fine but I probably won’t choose this chain again. I walk in with my oxygen concentrator on and using my cane and am given a room at the far end of the floor from the elevator. It was a long walk for a very tired traveler. Why would an architect put the elevator at one end of the building from the elevator. Disregarding those with disabilities, most travelers are tired and dealing with baggage. Very poor planning!

I appreciate that I was allowed to check in early with my infant. The service and accommodations were impeccable. I will always choose this property when I am in the area.

We had three rooms for December 22nd and 23rd of December 2025, and the hotel staff, cleaners, front desk employees, all were kind, helpful and professional!!! The property is a little over a year old. Great clean hotel. The breakfast was good! Plus it was free to hotel guests.
