Girl checked me into a room that had not been cleaned ! Then gives me a different room and 20 minutes later has the maintenance man come tell me that we need to leave bc the girl at the front desk is saying that we needed to leave bc she thought we were hiding in the dirty room for days and now we occupied 2 rooms and refused to give one back!!! I called the hotel manager she said sorry it's my day off and I have too much going on to deal with this!

I needed to rest in comfort for a few hrs and they provided it

Room was clean and service was great! Pricing was reasonable. Front desk was very helpful.

Upon arrival, they did not have my reservation. The hallway carpets and rooms were absolutely filthy. The coffee machine was broken. Terrible terrible.

Upon check-in, I was told that the hotel had just changed ownership and my reservation was not in their system and I would have to cancel my original reservation and pay for a second one. The room was not clean, there were bugs in the bed, and the air conditioner barely worked. The breakfast consisted of white bread and a toaster that didn’t work, with nothing to put on the toast, green bananas that could not be eaten because they weren’t ripe, and some stale cereal. I checked out two days early because I was not going to spend another night in that hotel.

Blood stains on my mattress which is why we spent approximately 10 minutes in the room and left to find a different place to stay. Not sure why I was embarrassed but, also Laughed at their request for a different room and Didn’t even bother to request a refund !! My wife was apologizing for choosing this place to which I replied was not her fault !

Absolutely unclean. I didn’t even want to lay my head there let alone my toddler. I immediately left because of how unsafe and unclean the property was

Needs complete redo. Very dirty. No breakfast. Snack and drink machines not working. Felt unsafe.

Building was leaking significantly as we entered the door they said it does this every time it rains there were no towels in the room and the toilet ran on and off all night property beat up and in poor shape can’t recommens
