Element Huntsville

Jay , at the elements Huntsville single handedly made our trip one of the most memorable trips of all time. He went above and beyond to make sure our comfort and transportation needs were met and FAR EXCEEDED any expectations. Thanks coach jay, 915 boys from tipper weekend. You are the MAN!

Great room set up for families!

It was a nice place to stay but note that when you book there are two separate places one for Weston and one for Element it’s quite confusing since they are the same property. Other than that it’s a great location!

The hotel was decent. I wouldn't stay again. Location was convenient tho.

A great choice in Huntsville. Bright, clean room with a modern, updated appearance. Placed next to an outdoor shopping area with high-end stores, restaurants and a movie theater. Just minutes from the airport. If I return to Huntsville, I’m staying here.

The room was clean and we slept well during our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was yummy 10/10.

Beautiful property, the rooms are very clean and spacious , nicely decorated. breakfast is wonderful, staff for the kitchen area is point on, kind, friendly helpful, The whole atmosphere is so welcoming . Everyone I encountered was just great, can’t wait to have another reason to book it again. Thank you all.

They were extremely understaffed. Our check in time was 3 pm but they didnt have a room available for us until 6 pm. Multiple other families/groups were also stuck in limbo waiting for rooms. After our late check in it took two hours to get a crib brought up to our room. Every staff member we interacted with was super kind and apologetic but it was apparent that management had not set them up for success and they were stuck dealing with multiple unhappy guests as a result. We would not stay here again

I’m rating this property excellent but I sure hope management reads the reviews. There were actually a couple of issues that troubled my party but overall it really is a good property. The valet parking was not adequately staffed for most of the stay. The gentleman who helped my half of my group on arrival mid Friday afternoon was excellent! So helpful with me and my Mom in. Wheelchair! I think his name was Jay ? Maybe? Top notch guy! The gentleman who helped us leave on Monday was just as good! Savannah at the front desk was so helpful and in room dining agent could not have been more pleasant! There was a wedding reception and a formal event on Saturday night and the parking was an absolute nightmare with what we understood had only one valet?? ONE? In room dining wasn’t available Saturday morning we were told because the person who does it Didn’t show up?? You have one person and no backup???? Pool didn’t have towels regularly?? Anyway—it really is more positive than negative but management and planning needs to re-evaluate.
