The hotel is pretty good and the service is generally top notch. The lunch and dinner buffet at 500 EGP is pretty decent value. But we had to wait till 4pm to check in.

A great holiday resort with neautoful beach,gym,room: I really enjoyed my time ay Hilton Plaza: the only problem is that it went too fast! Next time I will stay 2 weeks not jist one wel!!

The facilities are rubbish, the front desk and concierge have a terrible attitude, nothing like a 5 star hotel!

good location beach front with friendly helpful staff, very good quality furniture and comfy bed, (carrefour) hurghada city center mall just a steps, good breakfast but never change, strong wifi in all area, shower box sloops need to fixed because water going to door side not todrainage, I would like to thanks all the staff specially the manager who selects each staff for a right position, finally I really enjoyed my stay

The hotel is located a short distance from the downtown area, but a taxi only costs 60 Egyptian pounds. There are many restaurant options in the hotel. If you are too lazy to go out, you can just find a restaurant to eat inside. The Turkish food is good and it costs about 1,300 Egyptian pounds for two people. It is recommended to eat breakfast early as there are many people after 9 o'clock

The front desk service is very good and the employees are very polite. When we asked about the check-out time, the front desk even helped us delay the check-out time until two o'clock. The room service is also very good. They also put stylish towels on them. It is very cost-effective. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel. There is everything to eat and shop

I can only say that I will hate Hilton forever. Don't book this hotel. I booked a king-size room with a front sea view. However, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor with no view. Where was the Seaview? So I called the front desk to negotiate. The front desk said that the king-size was no longer available. There was only a queen-bed room, but it also faced the sea. Isn't this funny? I have never heard of a hotel that downgrades its room type. Since there is no king-size room with sea view, then upgrade my room. And let me choose a queen-bed. The best hotel in this Egypt trip, 20 minutes drive from the airport, 120 pounds by taxi, the hotel has a private beach and multiple swimming pools, the gym faces the sea and is very enjoyable, next to the city center shopping mall where you can buy souvenirs
