Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh

We have just arrived back from our 2nd visit to the Baron Palace and it really doesn't disappoint. We were a bit apprehensive about going somewhere for a 2nd time, but it's a wow. A lot of the staff recognised us from last year, which truly added to the experience, all the staff there are so friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile. For instance when my wife got sciatica they offered doctors, transport to hospital etc, and in the evenings asking if she wanted extra cushions to make her dining experience more comfortable. We were there February and into March for 3 weeks. There is plenty to keep you occupied. The entertainment team was on hand every day, with events like yoga, stretching and bocha to name a few. You didn't have to join in if you didn't want to, there was no pressure. I joined in with bocha most days which was my exercise of the day. My wife joined in with stretching and sometimes water aerobics and we got to know the entertainment's team very well, Yana in particular. We sat around the infinity pool most days as it was a bit too windy to sit on the beach. We had a pool boy called Mahmoud Abd Allah, who was always rushing around getting everybody a drink. There are more than enough sunbeds to go around. Dining was a delight and so many different a la carte restaurants to choose from, all of them awesome. We met Mr Osama many times. He always asked if anything else could be done. One evening whilst in the jewellery shop he helped choose a bracelet for my wife that we were deliberating on. I would highly recommend this hotel, so much so, we have just booked another 3 week stay in this hotel next February, although this time we will not be staying in a club room as the British prices have gone up so much. Great hotel ! Kind staff at the reception, restaurants, pool bar and very friendly German Guest Relations. The food is very tasty. TheAsian and infinity restaurants are our favourites! We will definitely come back thank you so Much for Everything

2nd time here.. staff is still super super friendly.. everyone is kind and helpful.. rooms are very clean.. the pools are excellent for variable needs.. a quiet adult pool was nice.. infinity pool is beyond amazing.. and of co**** the beach would beat any beach.. the only change from my last visit 2 years ago is that food has much improved..

Great hotel .. great location with friendly staff .. food very good .. big hotel very clean with a great beach and swimming pools .. rooms are nice and cleaned daily .. good selection of food at the buffets and some really nice restaurants also .. great place

If you are looking for a super chilled luxury holiday, I highly recommend the Baron Palace. (I am not sure if it was extra quiet due to the month of ramadan). The grounds are beautiful and spotless -and its much bigger than the pictures online show. I can't fault anything in my personal experience. From the moment we arrived the staff were excellent, in particular i want to highlight Sam on the front desk who was always professional yet personsble and willing to help or offer advice on any thing - I did find the bed a bit hard for my taste and he has the hotel very quickly added a topper and extra duvet. Olivia in guest relations always made sure to check in with us and to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Food was great. Beach was great - the water is incredible.. The spa is fabulous too, we did a hamam x massage treatment and be sure to ask for Esra if you want a strong and firm massage. She was soooo good!!! I didn't want to do a full tour day so We took a private short boat trip from the hotel to do some snorkeling and it was a highlight! All in all, I would highly recommend this resort 👌 😀

Very bad experience starting from the reservation system, they were lying about the rooms availability and giving different rates for me and my friends. The staff has a bad attitude in the restaurant and they are not helpful. In addition, they don’t put enough towels and for a family suite claiming that they have shortage so you need to get your own towels i guess. I also had to ask for iron for 2 days.

We were pleased to have the opportunity to stay in this wonderful hotel, service was top notch and location is unbeatable. Spacious rooms and all amenities available. One of the best holidays we have ever had and we definitely will recommend it to everyone one we know
