This place has the worst and most unskilled guest relations manager I have ever met. We went to him with 2 complaints, the first was that we found what looked like BLOOD STAINS on our bed sheets, he didn’t take any action, just apologized, chatted with us briefly, then left us and went to other guests. What happened in handling the second complaint though left us FURIOUS. We were woken up by a call at 12 am from Mr. Tamer at the reception asking a casual question that he could have asked any time earlier. We went to Mr. Michael, the guest relations manager, the next morning to file a complaint and he literally left us even more shocked and upset. He kept making excuses for the receptionist behavior, we asked him what would happen next now that we had submitted a complaint and he literally didn’t have an answer or simply didn’t want to give us one. He kept bluffing in poor English that we couldn’t make sense of, then hours later he sent me a message saying that Mr. Tamer (the receptionist) will “provide all the necessary information”. Mr. Tamer was the one who handled our check-out, and unsurprisingly he acted like nothing happened. Up until that point we liked the place and service and were even ready to overlook the sheets situation and leave a good review, the food was really nice and the restaurant workers were amazing. But safe to say that the guest relations experience ruined the whole thing for us.

This hotel is advertised as a 5 star but I think 3 star would be more deserving. Best points - The pool & the Jaccazui suite room were amazing. Their spa facility and gym looked very good. Bad points - I was not given my welcome pack until the day before I checked out. The buffet food was very basic with not much flavour. All the pastries were basic and bland besides the baklava. I was told they are short staffed and have no drink when I asked room service to bring some up. The A La Carte was all pre booked so I cannot comment on how those were as I did not get the chance to try these. The drinks were watered down and not great at all. Honestly I booked it based on the room and that was the best thing. Even when they cleaned the room and changed the towels they left the plates and drinks in the room.

Hotel is nice, room big and comfortable. Food and drinks really good and amazing cafe with cookies. Staff really nice. Beach good for kitesurfing. Price that we get Was law for this standards. But..... My disapointet Was that we extra pay for room see view. We get 1176 at 1 st floor that in our opinion is pool view - sorry maybe from second floor is better. This is the reason why I dont want to give 5 stars ......

We had a decent stay at this hotel. The welcome and service were satisfactory, and the restaurant staff in particular, Elsayed, was particularly friendly and attentive. On the other hand, the breakfast was a bit average, there may be some room for improvement on that side. Overall, good value for money for a pleasant stay.

My experience at the Bellagio Hotel was more than problematic! I arrived with my sister on Saturday, January 25, 2025, the first room we were given was unsanitary, so they gave us a second room ... still unsanitary. We had to go through Trip to get a third room, thank God it was better than the others but the security chain was broken and the door in poor condition, a kick and someone could easily get in at night, so that's why we found a technique to sleep peacefully ... By the way, I would like to thank the advisors who were able to solve the problem remotely 🥲 Be careful because you have to reserve your table in one of the 4 restaurants and that ... no one tells you !! The hotel is still very pretty and very beautiful, but the lack of cleaning, and the lack of hygiene is felt.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Bellagio, the hotel is about twenty minutes from the center but with Uber prices it is very accessible! The hotel has everything you could need, a huge swimming pool, as well as others for the little ones. Activities are present every day. The meals are diverse and varied, but still very fatty, it takes a little time for your stomach to get used to it! We had an electrical incident in our bungalow and we were upgraded to a jacuzzi room at no extra cost. Thank you to reception for this gesture! Just one negative point, the manager of the cosmetics shop near the swimming pool is a crook, he never gives the same prices, one time €10 then the next day €25. For a moisturizing cream bought at the small shop near the reception it was €5 and he wanted to sell it to us for €25 even though it was exactly the same! And we had the same experience with him for a bracelet sold for €1 that he wanted to sell us for €5! A piece of advice: don't buy anything from this person who is just dishonest, go instead to the reception shop or the 3 pyramides store next door! A small negative point also on the nuisances committed by the children in the swimming pool, it is horrible, they play with their balls and people get shot in the head, they splash everyone, the lifeguards although very nice do not say absolutely nothing, we are obliged to intervene ourselves to calm the children, we should create a space for ball games that would allow people wanting calm to rest! Otherwise the hotel is great! Everything is there for a great vacation!

Travelled just the two of us. Mainly to get some winter sun and go to Luxor. Check in great, first impression good. Make sure you get cash out of cash machine in reception for tipping. We did that straight away. Bar staff, cleaners all lovely, very friendly. Spa staff pushy which we weren’t too happy about and felt we needed to book a treatment - expensive and not worth the money. Avoid. We were used to Europe so we’re taken by surprise at this quite invasive pushiness. By the end of the break we knew just to say no firmly and they do walk away. We had swim up room which was nice, water is a little chilly but it’s good for privacy. Bit of a building mess down there but we are quite relaxed so just left them to it - every hotel has to improve I suppose. Booked our Luxor trip with Mohammed at fox travel - he’s sat at a desk just inside reception near sweet treats. Nice guy, great trip! Food is fine and varied. Slight upset tummy on the last day for me but I had been to Luxor the day before so could be anything really. I don’t think it was the hotel. Beach is nice too All in all a nice break and we would return.

I spent a week at Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa and honestly loved every moment. The facilities are well-maintained and the staff is very friendly. A big shoutout to Massimo (Seif) from Guest Relations. He was super attentive, always checking if I needed anything and offering great advice around the hotel. Excellent service

Our stay at the Bellagio Hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff were so kind, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The service was excellent — everything ran smoothly, and we really felt like we were taken care of from the first day to the last. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. The rooms were comfortable, the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety, and the beach and pool areas were just perfect for relaxing. The entertainment team also did a great job keeping everyone happy and engaged. We had such a lovely time here and made great memories. We had a wonderful stay. This is the third time we've stayed at the hotel. We come back every year and it's always wonderful. We booked the Luxor tour at the hotel and we were completely satisfied. Private tour, German guide, and very good drivers. Mohamed, the one we booked with, was very nice and clearly under-promised. We won't book through the tour operator in the future, but only with him. The price alone makes a huge difference. From there, you get everything that's promised.

I am writing this review to warn everyone: DO NOT STAY HERE. Our vacation at the Bellagio Beach Resort & Spa was an absolute disaster from start to finish. First and foremost, the hotel was FILTHY. It wasn't just a little untidy; it was dirty everywhere. The lowest point was seeing cockroaches crawling on the bar counter. It completely killed our appetite and made us fear for what might be getting into our drinks and cocktails. The worst part, however, was the non-stop renovation. There was constant, loud noise from early morning until the evening. The whole place reeked of paint and chemicals, giving us headaches. It's unbelievable that a resort would operate at full capacity while doing such disruptive work. When we couldn't take it anymore and politely asked to change our room, the staff's attitude was disgusting. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and made us feel like we were a huge inconvenience. The service was the final straw. I have never written such a negative review, but I feel obligated to do so. Save your money and your sanity. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Booked 4 rooms (1275, 1283, 1287, 1288) including 2 family rooms – asked in advance for renovated rooms, got old ones instead. This is NOT a 5-star experience! Family bathrooms have no ventilation – we had to use reception toilets. Balcony view on broken aquapark + dirty water that smells like sewage → full of mosquitos day & night. Non-stop construction noise + paint smells every morning. Closest elevator out of service for 2 days – very hard for our elderly guests. Staff ignored us as Egyptians, only serving foreigners with a smile (except 2-3 workers). Restaurant staff just cleared plates & cutlery but left empty glasses and tissues; had to ask twice for proper cleaning. AC leaking in one room, fridge broken in another. Curtain was half blackout, half see-through – couldn’t sleep properly. Internet extremely poor inside our Rooms. Had to tip housekeeping, still no shower gel refill. When we finally complained, they offered room upgrade but it was too late. This stay felt like an insult despite paying in USD through their website. Never coming back and don’t recommend it to anyone.
