Perfect and highly recommended!

Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Staff couldn't be more helpful. We were all inclusive and all the food and drinks were 5*. We felt no need to go out to somewhere outside the hotel to go out for another meal as a 'treat' because the quality and service of the food was unreal inside the hotel. We stayed in the swim up delux room. The pool was heated and was had the most amazing poolside bar man Ahmed constantly coming round making sure our glasses were never empty. The hotel room was gorgeous and housekeeping done a fab job everyday, often leaving amazing towel art. Ahmed from the snack bar gave great service with a massive smile along with all the other staff. I never had an empty glass of wine once the full holiday. Even on our last day when waiting to go to the airport the staff packed us up freshly made sandwiches to take with us for the flight. They really went above and beyond Two other staff members who stood out to us was a gentleman who worked in the Asian restaurant and one of the chefs durning the breakfast buffet who made me fried eggs every morning. We will definetly be back and cannot recommend this hotel enough it was like nothing I've ever experienced before. The only negative to the holiday was the staff selling you excursions whilst on the beach. Although we had a red flag up they were very persistent and didn't leave us alone. We ended up feeling pressured into doing the snorkelling and orange bay trip. We were led to belive this trip was a day out at orange bay island with a stop off to do snorkelling. This was infact not true. We were out for 10 hours and was on orange bay for a total of 40 minutes during its closing time where no food drinks or music was avalible. We do not reccomend doing this trip.

The experience was just what we needed for our belated honeymoon, and first year wedding anniversary. All the staff showed amazing hospitality and catered to our needs, especially with me being 7 months pregnant. Shoutout to Bilal Dr Fish at the beach! Very funny and great customer service. Housekeeping was great and kept our room clean and tidy, he was also very caring and always stopped to have a conversation with us. The service in the spa was impeccable! The food was nice, but I would not say it was amazing. Though there was a large selection to pick from. The only negative I could say was you can get pestered by people on the beach trying to sell different things. Even though we put a red flag up, which is supposed to stop sales people from coming over. They still regularly tried.
