Dirty and Disgursting！so so so so so so terrible experience！……

What can I say... it must have been a nice hotel once upon a time.) Today, from pleasant, it's a cozy lagoon and a normal area! The food is not a little, but not of high quality (Furniture, doors, common areas - cracked old.

المستوى العام للمنتجع سيئ جدا .. الغرف بعيدة جدا عن المطعم وعن الشاطئ .. لا يوجد تنوع في الطعام .. جودة العام وطعمه سئ جدا باستثناء الحلويات..ملايات السرير والالحفة غير نظيفة .. طاقم المنتجع والعاملين والاسنقبال غير متعاونين والمعاملة سيئة جدا .. لا انصخ به مطلقا .. very bad resort .. the rooms are very far from the restaurant and beach .. no food variety .. food is bad taste .. only desserts are of average taste .. bed sheets and blankets are dirty ..staff and reception are bad and not co-operative. i dont advise this resort.

The resort is old. But the staff is very friendly. Rooms are old but clean. Towels were worn. Food is good, breakfast was a bit less good. If I had to give it a score, it would be a 6. But for the staff, a 10. They kept everything neat. But because everything is old, they did their best.

We stayed for a day. We didn't like anything.

At this price, it is really okay if you have a room. But for the same price, I would recommend going to a youth hostel. The most fatal thing is that I suspect the front desk discriminates against Chinese people. The attitude when checking in was very bad, which made me a little scared. When I checked in, they didn't even tie the straps. So if you have a small budget, I suggest going to a youth hostel directly. Due to the bad attitude of the front desk, it is really uncomfortable and the room is not very hygienic. Oh yes, there is not even a quilt, only a thin towel to cover the bed.

The room was destroyed, the doors of the closets and toilets do not close, the bed is broken, the food is not bad, there are a lot of people, the Russians occupy the sunbeds and may not come, the water park is ok, the territory is well-groomed

The hotel is full! There is never enough space.

Stayed in this hotel for one week and it was absolutely horrible, the first room that we had was a total disaster mold and mildew everywhere, you couldn’t even breathe there, all drawers broken, walls dirty such as floors, the bed sheets were dirty I think no one never washed them, when we asked to change room they rolled they eyes and said wait 5min we waited almost an hour and then they showed us next room seemed nice but no hot water, no AC, no TV and then we finally got normal room but again with dirty bed sheets and no TV we asked to change the sheets and fix TV and they became pissed and rude. At the beach sun beds almost all broken and it’s the challenge to find normal one with mattress but there was nice worker who can find it for you, at the beach also there’s many trash no one cleaning only after 5pm when everyone leaves. The animation team absolute disaster I have never seen such rude behaviour in my life, the blonde girl Veronica seems nice and good with kids but everyone else especially the one guy ishmael something like that the worst one acts rude but doesn’t know word “no”, he came to me and started inviting me to the club with him and other animation team members I said no and he started pushing and being rude towards me, almost 10 minutes he was arguing with me and not hearing that I don’t want and when I said that I don’t feel safe go with people who I don’t know and he started cursing and rolling his eyes in the end I heard how he said “oh my god fck you” I don’t think that such behaviour is accepted in hotels. The food doesn’t have many options every day the same thing and almost everything was cold. Never in my life I’m staying in this hotel again the worst that I saw in my life.

Firstly just don’t do it . I will say before I start though that some of the staff are lovely not all are rude . Caters for the Russians Germans and Arabs communities English people forget it . Food repetitively every day. Alcohol very limited and the sodas I feel possible their water and obviously gases and flavoured syrups so deli Beli avoid . Beer one kind and tastes lukewarm perfume after taste . Not Advertised for people with walking disabilities as pool beach and restaurants are a bit of a walk . Poolside you have to ask for lounger to be brought to you as there’s isnt any around the pool dominantly on the beach . Many are broken beyond belief and they are all extremely dirty. Public toilets are filled with one toilet roll in each daily and are filthy and some doors broken so don’t lock at all . Dining chairs be careful as lots broken and when you do eventually get seated if it’s not first sitting you have to wait for cutlery. Food like I said plenty of breads and pastries same dishes every day . Rooms towels changed regularly but not bedding. Water delivered most days . Rooms are not automatically equipped with kettles so ask but bear in mind if afternoon/evening check in you’ll need to chase up as comes on the morning rounds . Rooms are antiquated and tierd need a massive refurbishment the whole complex. The taps in shower and sink rusty 😩 Water is heated by tank on rooftops so once all hot water gone that’s it until following day . The beach the bay is beautiful very pretty but you are constantly being hounded by tours and offerings of other items drives you mad . Thank goodness we did some excursions else I would go mad . Entrainment crap ok for kids though that’s it . So people my honest experience of this hotel is they need to update it . More sun lounges at poolside also and more on the beach as not enough for the size of the complex. And pressure washer at least weekly to keep them clean with some little tables too . The bar staff and waiting staff are lovely . Hotel consierge awful and rude Overall I’m never coming back to the Mirage Bay hotel .

Hotel is good ,food rich, beach is very nice.the Room is good not the beast Most i like its the beach and view
