A place where I would like to be every time and the whole time  Friendly stuff always smiling and so helpful whenever I need them for a help  I will miss the place and the stuff  A place I do recommend for everyone searching for tranquility and nature

Overall experience was rather good .. facilities are large and well equipped .. staff is very nice .. food quality is ok, but you would not expect gourmet food for such large quantities .. we took the shuttle bus to the beach located in the park hotel, but could not get towels .. we have not been informed that we should take towels with us .. not a big deal

Nice hotel, good service, friendly staff

The hotel facilities are quite good and adequate to accomodation all guests despite the high season. The suite I had was clean and well organized. The food was fine and enough. In brief the experience is very pleasant.

The room was so spacious, I was a solo traveler, but the room was big enough for 4 people. The room had its own walk in closet, and the bathroom was great. Shower space was huge, also had a spot to sit/ lie down whilst showering. There was also a nice balcony overseeing the resort. The rooms were cleaned everyday, I had a guy named Sabary cleaning my room, who is a top bloke, extremely hard working, and he could speak 4 languages (Arabic, English, Russian and German). He tried his absolute best to keep the rooms clean, and to ensure you were enjoying yourself. The food was great, there was a huge variety, the aqua park and pools were awesome. Everything about this resort was just brilliant.

The accommodations, food, service, and Wi-Fi were all great. I was a little worried after reading reviews about Wi-Fi problems, but it worked flawlessly everywhere in the resort. Oh, I was sleeping when I suddenly woke up to a humming noise. It was the refrigerator. I didn't need it, so I unplugged it and that was it. They kept cleaning, and the staff were always busy providing excellent service. I'd stay here again if I ever go back.

The hotel was good but it was very noisy and you couldn't easily find a spot by the pool as everything was always reserved. The restaurant was good and the room was great.

Beautiful and clean environment

I booked a garden view king room, and the guy at the front desk helped me upgrade it to a suite. I thought it was a good thing, but I found that the room facilities were old, and the air conditioner was the kind of knob, and the temperature could not be lowered even when it was set to 15 degrees. I was given one card for one suite, but I had to plug in two cards for two rooms to get electricity, which was ridiculous. There were so many mosquitoes in the room at night, and there were no mosquito repellent lamps or anything, so I didn't sleep well all night. The hotel has many swimming pools and water parks, restaurants and bars, and there are occasional shows. The entertainment activities are amazing, and you won't be bored even if you stay in the hotel for a day. All three meals are buffet and included in the room rate. The food is okay, and the price-performance ratio is still OK.

The hotel is a bit old, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner services, but the food quality is average, and there are few foods suitable for Chinese tastes. Because the family stayed, the child was over 12 years old and had to be charged. I paid $100 to the front desk, but the change was deliberately sandwiched with a damaged $20 (only $20 was given by this hotel), and no merchant would accept it.

One of the best resorts we had in Hurghada, very good food, top space, friendly staff 👍🏼
